With nearly 20 years of experience in facilities and health and safety management, I bring a strong track record of supporting large corporate organisations and their people. I am passionate about working in partnership with our customers and clients to truly understand their unique environments, challenges, and goals.
Drawing on extensive experience across both client and supply‑side settings, I provide a holistic understanding of facilities operations. I’m passionate about delivering bespoke, practical solutions that ensure safe, compliant, and well‑managed workplaces that support long‑term business success.
I started my Facilities Management journey in July 2025, and I’ve been loving it ever since. As a Facilities and Health & Safety Coordinator, I’m really enjoying getting stuck into all the different parts of FM. Whether it’s keeping things running smoothly, learning new safety practices, or finding better ways to support the people who use our spaces. I’m still learning every day, and I’m excited to keep growing in the world of Facilities Management and Health & Safety.
With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, I now specialise in reactive maintenance and property refurbishment across both housing and private sectors. I oversee multiple teams, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a consistently high standard. Working across a varied portfolio of projects in and around Hampshire.
I’m focussed on driving performance through clear leadership, strong communication and a structured approach to delivery. With a keen eye on efficiency and commercial outcomes, I’m particularly interested in improving processes and streaming operations to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions for clients.
